    Description

      I would like to notify my team when our code is changed and pull requests are created.
      Recently Stash (3.10.0) support this, but we cannot choose whether "notify" people in target room.

      ”notify" means trigger a user notification (change the tab color, play a sound, notify mobile phones, etc). I know this "notify" option depends on user's preference.

      In addition to this, nice to have we can choose message color.
