The branch will be created without the double quotes ("), but the overall operation will fail because branch creation requested will not match the branch creation performed. This will be fixed in a future version of Stash, but it is best practice (and we strongly recommend) not to use double quotes in branch names.
This only affects Stash running on MS Windows.
