When I submit a pull request and it gets declined, that becomes a to-do list item for me, because I need to fix and reopen it. But it never goes into any sort of queue that is visible to me in the UI; it just sort of disappears into the abyss, and every day I have to peruse the Declined list to see whether there's anything in there that's mine.
