Better error description when Stash is downgraded

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Start Stash 2.4.1 and connect to a database
      2. Stop Stash 2.4.1
      3. Modify stash-config.properties in Stash 2.0.0 to use the same database
      4. Start Stash 2.0.0
        Fail to startup

      It should have a better error description that an older version of Stash is connected to later version of the database.
