Problem Definition

Large organizations rely on LDAP groups for managing access and ownership across all systems and as a result, have difficulties with Bitbucket's current setup. The existing Reviewer Groups and CODEOWNERS feature only exist inside Bitbucket, requiring manual maintenance, and can't be used via the API.

Suggested Solution

Incorporate LDAP groups for adding to PRs as reviewers and managing code ownership. This feature should be able to handle potential challenges such as a group having too many members.
