On supported platforms page, add details about Azure SQL

      On supported platforms page, there is no details about Azure SQL being supported, but since Azure SQL is based on Microsoft SQL Server, it works on Bitbucket.

      It's possible to add the details of each versions are supported on Azure Databases? For example, this is already done on Amazon Aurora.

      Please add this information from version 7.21 and above. (8.0, 8.1, 8.2, etc...)
