Issue Summary

The Plan your upgrade gives a warning message:
Your current database version won't be supported.
even when using a compatible Database version.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Bitbucket UI > Administration > Plan your upgrade
2. Under 1. Complete pre-upgrade checks, you'll see the warning message

Expected Results

There should be no warning message if the database in use is supported version

Actual Results

We see the below message:

We've analyzed your instance, and here's what we found:
Your current database version won't be supported. Learn more
We recommend that you fix these for a successful upgrade.

Workaround

Ignore the message if the database version you're using is indeed supported by your Bitbucket version as per the Supported platforms page.
