Issue Summary

Bitbucket 7.17 and 7.18 support Postgres 9.6 - 13 and 9.7 - 13, respectively as described in their respective Supported platforms page:

• 7.17 Supported Platforms
• 7.18 Supported Platforms

However, Bitbucket's Plan your Upgrade page shows a warning of unsupported database when Postgres 12 is used.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Bitbucket 7.17.x
2. Connect to PostgresSQL 12.x
3. Log in to Bitbucket go to 'Plan your upgrade' page, where you'll see the warning

Expected Results

No warning is shown.

Actual Results

There is a warning:

Your current database version won't be supported.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
