Issue Summary

• Bitbucket DC web interface doesn't allow the admin to download Support Zips from a Mirror Farm

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up Bitbucket DC with a Mirror Farm (with 2 or more nodes)
2. Log into Bitbucket's web interface as System Admin, then navigate to Administration > Mirror support tools > Create support zip
3. Create Support Zip from all nodes of the Mirror Farm and wait for the progress bar to reach 100%
4. For each Support Zip, please note the following:
   • The message:

     Your support zip is ready to download. It was saved to <Bitbucket_Home>/shared/export/Bitbucket_<...>.zip

   • The Download zip button is greyed-out and you have to collect the file directly from the file system:
     

Expected Results

• The provided button to Download zip should be active and working.

Actual Results

• The provided button to Download zip is greyed-out and unusable.

Workaround

Open terminal session, cd into the indicated location and copy the files from there.
