If there is an issue with the receiver of a webhook, and there are multiple failures to send payloads, it would be useful to record the payload bodies of all the failed webhook events, in order to be able to resend them if needed. 

At the moment, we only gather statistics on the success/failure and only retain the body of the request for the last event sent.
