When we an in-line comment to file in the diff page of a Pull Request, it can be archived by modifying the line in question. The comment is still visible on the overview page with the label "Outdated".

However, if we create a comment for the file by pressing the button "Add a file comment", this creates a comment for the entire file and is always visible on the overview page and can only be Deleted.

An option to archive these comments can be useful in preventing confusion regarding comments that have already been addressed.
