With the amount of pull requests we have on a daily basis, within our organisation we often end up getting spammed with emails from pull requests. Unwatching each pull request we get added to is not a practical solution in this case.

We would like the ability to just suppress ALL email notifications including pull request notifications on a per user basis. This would greatly reduce the noise in our email inboxes.
