Email notifications from Bitbucket are very helpful to react to PR comments quickly and not having to refresh the Bitbucket website to see if there are updates.

Currently no Email notifications are being sent when the build status is updated on PRs using the Bitbucket REST API. It would be helpful though to have this so PR creators can react to build failures quickly.

Since this is currently not available, we have configured our build server to send a Slack notification to our team channel in case of a build failure of a PR build. This introduces noise though for team members who are not the creator/reviewer of this PR.
