Pull Request comments UX enhancement

      To optimize the pull request process, it would be nice to have a mechanism for marking/checking the comments reported on the peer review. Maybe adding a collapse/expand functionality for each comment element would help the developer to better having a status of how many isssues/comments still need to be fixed.
