Description
When reviewing PR's, there are often times a number of files that are mostly irrelevant to the review, EG .csproj files in a .NET solution, or do not need to be reviewed at all. It would be great to have the ability to exclude such files from the full view diff in order to reduce clutter when reviewing code. Something as simple as checkboxes next to the file names that would remove the files from the diff when unchecked would do the trick.
This would also allow you to only focus on a limited set of files at a time, which can be useful if trying to follow code paths in the PR.
