Issue Summary
Some users are unable to access the workspace created through Admin Hub, even when they are assigned the correct roles. The membership is not synced between the the organization and the workspace.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Bitbucket workspace through Admin hub (https://admin.atlassian.com)
- Assign the user the roles to have Bitbucket workspace access
- When user tries to access the workspace, they receive the following error :
Expected Results
The organization assigned membership/roles should correctly sync with the Bitbucket workspace.
Actual Results
Even with the correct roles set, the user is not able to access the workspace.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. If you come across this issue, please reach out to Atlassian Support .
