Bitbucket Cloud does not currently provide an in-product mechanism that would allow an admin to reset the site back to an empty workspace, effectively removing all Bitbucket repositories and settings. Resetting a workspace may be done as part of migration activities since some admins complete multiple dry runs prior to moving to production. This feature request is aimed at providing an in-app mechanism that allows for the content to be cleared gracefully without negatively affecting the users, groups, apps and licensing on a Bitbucket Cloud instance.

Workaround

Use the Bitbucket Cloud REST API to delete all repositories.
