Since there's a limitation in the number of runners that can be created in the workspace/repositories, it would be great to have a dashboard/graph showing how many runners are being used at certain times of the day, so this will allow the admins of the workspace to do capacity planning and include more runners in case it's identified that steps are stalling waiting for runners to be available.

Additional request: it would be great if the dashboard shows

• The performance of the runners while in action
• Which pipeline build is running on each runner at a given time
• How long the build is running and the build log
