Issue Summary

The PR Jira sidebar tab was not updated when a new commit was created in the source branch referencing a new Jira issue key. It only shows the current Jira issue that exists when the PR is created

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a PR with > 5 different Jira issue key commit reference
2. Chek the Jira sidebar tab. It should show the current existing Jira issue key
3. Create a new commit referencing a new Jira issue key
4. Check the Jira sidebar tab

Expected Results

The sidebar Jira issue tab should update with a new Jira issue key

Actual Results

The sidebar Jira issue tab doesn't update with a new Jira issue key

Workaround

Decline and re-create the PR. The sidebar will be re-populated with the missing Jira issue key.
