Request: Add the ability to define different default reviewers based on which user creates the Pull Request;

Business Case: For some repositories, multiple users might collaborate on different parts of the project and have different managers/reviewers that should be added to the pull request. This would facilitate these business cases and avoid forgetting users should have been added to review code;
