Issue Summary
We have had a user report that when they're not "Watching" a repository, they still receive notifications about failed pipelines to their email account.
I have tested on my end and can confirm that this is the case, even when clicking "Manage Notifications" on the repository and specifically unticking the "Pipelines" option, I still receive notifications.
Steps to Reproduce
- Unwatch a repository/untick "pipelines" from "Manage Notifications" on the repository itself
- Run a failed pipeline, the email comes through
Expected Results
No email should trigger if notifications are disabled for pipelines.
Actual Results
Email does trigger erroneously.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
