Need to have an option for skipping the steps in pipeline based on condition.

In our case, we need to choose the type of deployment in pipeline which is manual parallel steps.
After running either deployment step, sequential step has to get executed .

It allows to run the sequential step only after the both steps in parallel is executed succesfully.

My suggestion here is to have a SKIP button similar to RUN in manual step.
