Issue Summary

In the commits page UI, if there's no Builds column, the commits table is not aligned and there are some excess spaces on the right side of the screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new repo
2. Push a commit or just create a README.md on BB UI
3. Go to commits page
   

Expected Results

The commits table will be aligned without excess spaces

Actual Results

The commits table is not aligned

Workaround

There are a couple of workarounds available listed below. Please use one of the options below - 

1. Enable the Pipeline in the repository.  Once the Pipeline is enabled, there's the "Build" column, and the commits page UI will be aligned without excess spaces
2. Mouse over the commit message in the UI, the tooltip will show more number of characters of the commit message 
3. Click on the commit link and it will open a new UI having the details of that commit. This UI will give the entire commit message for the commit 
4. Zoom Out in the browser and it will display more number of characters of the commit message in the UI
