Improve commit page space utilization

The commit page without pipeline builds (Pipelines not enabled) does not utilize the space efficiently. After the 'Date' column, there is a lot of blank space that can be omitted or reallocated to the 'Message' column to show more of the commit message.

When pipeline build status is shown (Pipelines enabled) the space is used efficiently. Build status is added after the 'Date' column and the 'Message' column is expanded which displays more of the commit message.
