Send Digest Email on PR Notifications

      Currently, when you make multiple comments in a Pull Request, notifications are sent out for each comment in individual emails.

      This can be difficult to manage / review if there are multiple comments to review given that a user is checking comments via emails.

      Suggestion
      It would be great, if we could send a digest email containing all comments made during a review / specific timeframe.

      The same applies for new commits made and notifications is sent on PR Updates
