After creating the new tag, it is not getting appeared in the list under commits tab
It is able to show if we go to another project and come back to the current project.

Steps:

1. Open Commits view.
2. Select a particular commit id.
3. Create a tag
4. Go back to commits view.
5. Search for Tags under Branches dropdown.
6. The new tag is not getting appeared in the list of tags.
7. The same is getting appeared in Source view.

Workaround: Go to another project and come back to current project, tags are getting refreshed in Commits view.
