Index takes up a lot of disk space

    Description

      Bamboo indexes a lot of data. In a high use installation, it's not uncommon for the indexes to be 10GB. While reindexing shouldn't really need to occur, we should look at ways to trim down the index and not lose the core functionality.

      For reference an instance with 13 million builds + tests (documents) takes ~ 6GB of optimised index size.
