Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
Steps to Reproduce
- Check a Plan that has run for several days
- Check the average displayed in the Plan activity panel
- Change the filters to any filter, for example: "last 7 days", "last 30 days" or "last 90 days"
- The time average is going to be the same
Expected Results
The average should change depending on the filters for that panel.
Actual Results
The average is the same
