Plan Activity Panel Shows Same Average Despite Filter Changes

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Check a Plan that has run for several days
      2. Check the average displayed in the Plan activity panel
      3. Change the filters to any filter, for example: "last 7 days", "last 30 days" or "last 90 days"
      4. The time average is going to be the same 

      Expected Results

      The average should change depending on the filters for that panel.

      Actual Results

      The average is the same

      Workaround
