Timeout errors while publishing the artifact on SFTP server.

    Description

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

      Steps to Reproduce (on the Client's machine)

      1. configure SFTPGO server as sftp artifact handler.
      2. Perform a build, while publishing the artifact it error's out with timeout expired. 
      3. on re-ran it get successfully publish on the the server.

      Expected Results

      It should successfully publish the artifact on sftp server.

      Actual Results

      The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

      Workaround

      Upon re-ran the build artifact get successfully published.
