Issue Summary
As the fix for https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-21714 in Bamboo9.2.4 we added key-store password encryption
However we don't have any documentation on how to use it as a JVM argument in setenv.sh for Bamboo server and how to use it for Bamboo agent as an entry in wrapper.conf

Expected Results
Update documentation on how to use password encryption for Keystore passwords in JVM args setenv.sh and in Bamboo remote agents.
Actual Results
Contains outdated information.
