Allow password encryption for Keystore passwords in JVM args setenv.sh

      When adding a JKS JVM argument to the setenv.sh or setenv.bat, the password for the JKS is in plain text. Can we add the ability to encrypt this password, similar to how DB password encryption works?

      Also, can we add the encryption to wrapper.conf for the JKS store.
