Bamboo loses build when agent heartbeat fails

    Description

      We had a build on BEAC that went AWOL because an agent heartbeat got dropped. The build was:

      The errors on Bamboo showed the problem:

      Build Confluence Trunk - Resin, HSQL 1058 : Remote agent Remote 2 (Trunk) detected to have gone offline while building.

      It looks like the build was forgotten by Bamboo and the results never got picked up.

      The previous build on this plan also failed for some unknown reason. I couldn't raise a bug about this because I'm not sure of the cause.
