Agent didn't send a heartbeat to the server within the timeout so the server thought that the agent went offline. The agent continued to run the build and re-established contact with the server. The agent was shown as inactive in the dashboard but in the detailed view it was shown as building the "Enterprise IE 7" build and was actively updating the server's build logs for that build.
