'Enable repository caching on agents' in Linked repositories remains checked even if it is unchecked

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

'Enable repository caching on agents' unchecked and Save the repository, it still saves the repository with 'Enable repository caching on agents' as checked in Linked repository >> Advanced options. If we uncheck the option and save it again, it works fine.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create new linked repository.
2. In 'Advanced Options', uncheck 'Enable repository caching on agents'
3. Click 'Save repository'

This issue is reproducible with repository type as Bitbucket Server and Github

Expected Results

New linked repository has 'Enable repository caching on agents' unchecked.

Actual Results

New linked repository has 'Enable repository caching on agents' checked.

Workaround

Uncheck the the option 'Enable repository caching on agents' and Save the repository again.
