      Problem Definition

Currently it is not possible to create global linked repositories using Bamboo Specs and have an end to end configuration as code approach - where no manual intervention is needed. Currently two manual steps are kinda required to have Bamboo Specs - a) create global linked repository and b) enable Scan repo for Bamboo Specs.

      Suggested Solution

Allow creation of a new linked repository via Bamboo Specs and option to enable Scan for the repo.

      Workaround

Could not find, just those manual steps are needed. There was a suggestion in BAM-18875 but does not seem to fully work.

Any possible way to get this feature?

Looking to scan Bitbucket Project, so whenever a new repo is checked in, it will auto create all build plans and deployment plans relative to that project as long as they have the bamboo specs folder/configuration in their repo.

We want to have Bamboo DSL job scan a Bitbucket Project for new repos, once a new repo is checked it we want job to run to create that repos Bamboo Plans.

By mistake the Bitbucket project was picked up. Now I cant edit the ticket to move it to the Bamboo Project space. I tried to create a new ticket, referring to this one as a mistake, but the Bamboo Project is not present in the dropdown list.
