            Work is proceeding at a much slower pace than anticipated, for a number of reasons:

            1. I failed to anticipate the slowness of the develop-build-test cycle, given the need to rebuild, deploy and test EC2 images.
            2. The Bamboo source was completely restructure during this change, breaking recent changes, and requiring a complete check-out and rebuild.
            3. We've had persistent LAN and Internet problems over the last couple of days..
            4. This work has required a lot of complex Maven work - never easy, and IDEA's buggy Maven integration hasn't helped.
            5. IDEA's Subversion client has been misbehaving (not helped by restructure, Maven integration bugs, and network problems, I'm sure).

            I will re-evaluate my estimates, taking this into account.
