Problem

As an admin I need to easily provision a Bamboo instance using scripts or tools like Chef.
We need to automate the process of setting the license, DB and admin.

Solution

Create a configuration file that can store details like:

• License
• DB details
• Admin config/User repository
• Tomcat configuration
• build-dir, artifacts, ... folders
• and others
