Other Atlassian products such as JIRA, Confluence and Bitbucket all offer a simple and easy to use .bin installer on Linux. This makes installs and upgrades easier.

Suggested Solution

Create a .bin installer for Bamboo on Linux. Ideally this installer would have additional options to setup a dedicated bamboo system user and install a systemd service configuration. The installer should also have the ability to run in an unattended mode for automating installation.
