Keep the previous latest build result during expiry if the latest build only have specs build

      Problem Definition

      If the Specs build is run for a few times continuously, the previous latest build result might be deleted by expiry, eg

      1. PROJ-PLAN-2 - normal plan build (this will be deleted if expiry protect 2 minimum builds)
      2. PROJ-PLAN-3 - specs build
      3. PROJ-PLAN-4 - specs build

      Suggested Solution

      If latest build protected from expiry only have Specs build, keep the previous latest build result

      Why this is important

      The previous latest build result (artifact) is lost before it is deployed. A new build have to be created again
