Bamboo's Docker task doesn't allow passing additional arguments when building an image

Docker task doesn't allow passing additional arguments when building an image, so we can't make use of flags such as --build-args

Suggested Solution

Implement an additional arguments field similar to how it's done with the Docker run task configuration.

Workaround

Use a Script task to call docker build with the flags of your choosing.
