Docker task doesn't allow passing additional arguments when building an image, so we can't make use of flags such as --build-args

Suggested Solution

Implement an additional arguments field similar to how it's done with the Docker run task configuration.

Workaround

Use a Script task to call docker build with the flags of your choosing.
