Steps to Reproduce
- Create a plan using repository specs feature
- Checkout specs project from outside Bamboo and use an IDE to update the plan permissions with a different setting
Expected Results
- Updates from IDE should not be possible if the plan is configured to use repository specs.
- The Plan should still keep its readonly state.
Actual Results
The plan is updated and now will be editable by users with permissions.
