Summary

Capabilities with duplicate labels may cause inconsistencies in Bamboo's behavior.

Environment

Behavior found in Bamboo 6.6.1.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a MSBuild capability (executable) with label "MSBuild v4.0" (and any path).
2. Create a Visual Studio capability (executable) with label "MSBuild v4.0" (and any path).
3. In a Job, create a new Visual Studio Task.

Expected Results

In the executable box, see the Visual Studio option listed.

Workaround

Use different labels to name capabilities.
