      Problem Definition

      When Bamboo encounters errors while setting up the database the Bamboo UI remains on the loading screen indefinitely with no errors are displayed.

      Suggested Solution

      Have Bamboo display an error message to let the customer know there is an error, and provide some details as to what the cause is.
