Problem Definition

Currently, we can give a user either global permissions or access to an individual Build Plan and/or Project or Deployment Project and/or Environment. Non-administrator users with Global permissions may not have these permissions on all Plans or Environments so we need to assign them manually.

Suggested Solution

Add functionality to bulk add individual permissions to Bamboo, such as check boxes on Global Permissions to also add this to all Build Plans and Deployment Projects/Environments.
