      Often Lucene lock errors go unnoticed as they don't get reported in the UI or in the build - current activity tab. For errors such as this -

java.io.IOException: Lock obtain timed out: Lock@/tmp/lucene-0c47dc75d73a6919d2ee01255a1107a5-write.lock
	at org.apache.lucene.store.Lock.obtain(Lock.java:58)

      The user should be notified, so that the issue can be remedied immediately!

      In cases such as BSP-338, the error went unnoticed for days, resulting in unsaved builds.
