Allow many linked repositories definitions to be grouped

      Problem Definition

      Some customers will have extremely large numbers of linked repositories defined for their development pipeline. In this situation, the list that is presented to the user under Cog -> Linked Repositories can be unwieldy.

       

      Suggested Solution

      Provide a way to the user to select arbitrary sets of linked repository definitions and consolidate them in to groups. Each group could be given an arbitrary name or based on an existing project.
