Triggers page seems to be broken

After latest upgrade, trigger pages seem to be broken.

This is what they used to and should look like:

Notice that the trigger information is in the right corner and the 'Trigger' tab is selected.

Now, this is what we see on selecting the trigger:

The trigger tab is not selected and the trigger page information is taking all space within the panel.

Adding triggers is also showing a broken page, sometimes preventing users to set configuration and create the trigger correctly.

To create a scheduled trigger now, we see:

Notice you cannot set a time there. This was only tested with 'scheduled' triggers, but may be happening to others.

Steps to replicated

1. Viewing trigger
   • Configure a plan
   • Click the 'Triggers' tab
   • Click a trigger
2. Viewing scheduled trigger
   • Configure a plan
   • Click the 'Triggers' tab
   • Click 'Add Trigger' >> Scheduled

Expected behavior

• Trigger on the right panel is shown with 'Trigger' tab selected
• You can configure everything on creating the trigger

Actual behavior*

• The trigger information take whole panel and tab is not selected
• Sometimes unable to set configuration when creating the trigger
