When creating a new plan the Create a new plan screen isn't behaving as it should.
Some of the issues are displayed below:

If the New project option is selected on the Project drop-down list, the fields for you to name the new project don't appear (they appear after you click the Configure plan button at the bottom saying the fields are required)
When the new project and plan name are insert on their respective fields both the project key and plan key fields aren't automatically populated as they should.
It's not possible to configure a repository at all with either of the two options (previous linked or new repository)

We have identified the cause of the problem and are working on a rollout of the fix to affected instances in the following hours.
