It would be very helpful to have a global permission that allows someone to have the following access without full admin rights to Bamboo:

• Manage Agents
• Run all plans
• Edit all plans
• Admin all plans
• Admin only - don't run builds

The only way to allow someone those permissions globally right now is to give them full admin access, which is not something we would like to do
